Sanqi Steam Pot Chicken:

The Sanqi Pot Chicken, originating from Wenshan, is a dish that emphasizes the integration of medicine and food. The unique ingredient, Sanqi (Panax notoginseng), imparts medicinal value and distinctive flavor to the dish. Typically, fresh Sanqi and native chicken are stewed together using a steamer pot, preserving the natural aroma of the herb and the tender texture of the chicken.

Lotus Leaf Porridge:

 Lotus leaf porridge is a traditional light porridge. Its unique fragrance of lotus leaf and distinctive texture reflect the fusion of local food with nature. The porridge is usually made by cooking  rice together with fresh lotus leaves. The fragrance of the lotus leaf permeates the porridge, giving it a refreshing taste and unique aroma.
