Zhanyi Spicy Chicken:

Zhanyi Spicy Chicken known for its complex preparation and spicy refreshing flavor. Unlike the numbing spiciness of Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine or the raw spiciness of Hunan cuisine, it possesses a unique flavor of central Yunnan. Before cooking, marinated the chicken first, then stir-fried with plenty of dried chili peppers and various spices. The taste is spicy but not overly pungent, with a rich and savory flavor.

Xuanwei Ham:

Xuanwei ham is a traditional Chinese dry-cured ham from Qujing prefecture, China's most famous ham-producing region. In the process of making Xuanwei Ham,  the factory only selected pork hind legs and subjected them to salting, drying, and fermentation. The ham is cured with salt for about a month, and then hung in a ventilated area for several months to a year for natural air drying. Xuanwei Ham can be steamed, boiled, stir-fried, or used as an ingredient, offering a delicious salty-sweet taste, making it an indispensable classic in Yunnan cuisine.

Er Si:

 Er Si is a rice flour dish from. The appearance is white, the skin color is thick, and the elasticity after cooking is very good. After steaming, mix the Er Si threads with stir-fried scallions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth, and other seasonings. Er Si is a highly distinctive local snack in the region.

The unique sour soup flavor helps to alleviate greasiness and also adds rich layers of taste, making it a classic dish on banquet tables in the Qujing area.
